Bushy wants to create a government-run pro-American radio station in the Middles East called Al Hurra. He reckons the reason folk in the Middle East don't like him is that their radio is too biased. So he plans to give them some super-duper impartial American propaganda.
I don't think the Middle East dislikes America any more than the rest of the world. Europe, Australia and Asia don't like Bush, and you couldn't exactly say that we receive anti-American media.
