I swam 22 laps today. That's 6 more than I've ever done before in my life. And my chest muscles hurt, which is good.
I did my first ever fully nude change in the changing rooms today. Mum and I didn't wake up, so I didn't have time to change before we left. There was no one in my section while I was there, but a guy walked out of the toilet just afterwards. I made sure I was very quick. Can't be too careful when it comes to nudity.
My muscle head friend luke reckons that pain is just weakness leaving the body. which doesn’t make sense to me, cos what does that say about getting punched in the head or having a limb amputated?

I think there are probably issues with Luke’s view. However, weakness is a hard thing to evaluate, so it would be hard to prove him wrong.
I haven’t eaten from the tree as far as I know. What sort of a tree was it?
