Tee hee hee. America has complained to the WTO about China being too nice to its industries. It's incredibly reassuring that the most powerful economic country in the world needs an international consensus body to get what it wants. I reckon that's tops.
Zoellick says "However, the bottom line is that China is discriminating against key U.S. technology products. It's wrong, and it's time to pursue a remedy through the WTO." So funny.
