Hurting the Feelings of Institutions

You must do this, not for me, but for the good of the institution. If you disgree you'll be hurting my feelings.

Institutions and corporations suck. They can be impersonal when they want to be. But when it suits them they can also be personal. They are impervious to criticism from anyone who cares at all about people's feelings. Corporate leaders can hide behind the name and the system for just as long as they want. It's corrupt. If you want the loyalty and solidarity and anonymity of an institution you have to extricate your own feelings from it's workings. If you want a machine then call it a machine. Call it whatever you want, but don't call it a community, because it demeans true communities.

Solution 6 used to talk about employee loyalty. But there is absolutely no concept of corporate loyalty. Community.....machine.....community.....machine. With the right talk you can keep it going forever. And everyone thinks it's normal.
