The G-7 is a group of the seven richest countries who meet together and talk about the problems you have when you have lots of money. The IMF is the International Monetary Fund, which lends money to poor (mostly) countries.

That’s true and it’s a good point. But I don’t think that makes dropping the debt a bad thing. And 99% of those children would die even if the debt was cancelled today.
