The bible contains 6 admonishments to homosexuals and 362 to heterosexuals. That doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals. It's just that they need more supervision.

I suspect they wouldn’t take you seriously. I don’t think it’s really meant to persuade anti-gay folk.
I haven’t actually gone through and counted the 362 admonishments, but it seems like a reasonable figure. :)
