Boy. This guy is hard to read. He will merrily dismiss things like the Latin American debt crisis in less than a paragraph. We can't subsidise incompetence... etc. He is of the opinion that foreign aid should be abolished. He has made a few points I agree with, but I've been reading him for a few hours now, and he makes a new point every half page. If only life and economics were as simple as he says.
