I had a very happy birthday indeed yesterday. I had pancakes with Martin, and partial-pancakes with Jemma. And had a quiet little happy day at work with large chunks of it being consumed by lunch with David, Robert and Josh and afternoon tea with Jane and Hannah. I had some friendly emails and SMSes from some different friendly people. And rounded off with some very tasty Indian banquet with mum, dad and Jem.
And Jane got me some chocolate, a book and some soap. I've started reading the book, but I haven't used the soap. I've hidden the chocolate so I can eat it secretly at my discretion.
