Oh yes. Definitely better than nothing. And in the end Martin actually showed up and we ate pancakes together. Some of the best pancakes I’ve ever had.

This is my recipe. But the pancake goodness is really in the quantities. And I don’t know what they are.
Quite a bit of plain flour A fair bit of soy milk One or two eggs Couple of tablespoons of sugar Pinch of salt
