I am thinking about changing from being a vegan to a cheegan. I am finding myself caving in to so many camembert exceptions that it would be more honest to call myself a cheegan. Another possibility is to become a cheegurtan, because stewed rhubarb without yoghurt is not nearly so delicious. And then there is whipped cream. Gosh.
Maybe you will become a chegurtema. I think I have put a spanish ending of cream on that. But I don’t think a bit of Spanglish matters when one is so confused about their food identity eh?

I think if I had to use that word too often it would put me off food altogether.

Do you not know that there are vegan alternatives to yogurt and whip cream? Try soy whip from veganstore.com. Vegan yogurts can be found in almost every grocery store.

Yes. I know there are alternatives. But I mostly find them a bit too alternative. I do need to find some vegan shoes though.
