I can’t decide whether making patients climb the ladder would result in less medical complaints because they’d all be fitter and healthier, or more because they’d fall off.
I think it’s just an ordinary doctor so probably the benefits of exercise outweigh the downside of odd broken limb. If it was some sort of physical disability specialist that might not be the case though.
