After frustrations with Slicehost (crashing a lot and weird stuff happening) and discovering that the VirtualBlades VPS I got in March is hosted on a refurbished Atari and decided to move stuff somewhere better.
Now we are all on a happy New Zealand server with RimuHosting. From Australia latency is around 30ms (instead of 220ms from Slicehost) and the server is well speedy. Fingers crossed.
Does this include the ASEN server? It’s really crappy… I get errors every time I try to post something.

No. Although if the ASEN server problems continue I might suggest that it gets moved to my server.

It’s a bit funny. For a moment, when I blogged this, I had four servers, but now I only have two because I was very good and actually moved everything to the new one. Usually when I get a new server I plan to get rid of an old one, but don’t actually.
