Today was kind of my first proper day at university. I spoke to people, and went to two lectures. And even had campus food.

It wasn't a very good day. I've still got this silly cold from the canoe trip. And I kept overhearing conversations that made me feel like I was in the wrong place. I explored the library a bit, and queued for a computer for 10 minutes. I met with my mentor and two other commerce students, which was very funny. Nice folk.

I went to Quantitative Methods which was alright. And then Microeconomics which was alright too. I reckon it's just these introductorial classes that are a bit rough. And because I don't much like thinking when my nose is blocked.

Our QM teacher was funny because he'd use the word "most" to emphasise things. Like "most important". But the real highlight was joining up for the Ultimate Frisbee club. I filled out a form and even got a proper ultimate frisbee included with my registration fee, which just so happened to be the same price as a frisbee.
