We went and watched the tremendously painful and depressing La Vida de Nadie. About a guy who lies and steals loads of money from his friends and family for 20 years. It's totally awsomely made. Those Spanish film-makers are pretty alright. No one else liked it at all, but I liked it heaps. A bit like the Passion. You need to keep reminding yourself why you went to see it. But I think it doesn't matter what it's about, if it's a well told story I'm more than happy to see it. Even if there's no obvious redeeming value. Just hearing/watching good stories will always keep me interested.
