Libby and I had the most delicious croissants for breakfast this morning. They were huge and succulent. Except I burnt them in the griller. I went to put the recycling out, and when I came back the top of one was on fire. But they were still good. Very good.
I love it how your automatic response to being given a pastry that is already half butter, is to spread more butter on top.

Yes. I think I need sub-categories for food. For instance, if I wanted to get a quick list of all my posts about soup and croissants (for example) I wouldn’t be able to easily do it. I’d have to wade through a long list of other posts about food which, though interesting, wouldn’t be relevant.
