I had the best tempeh burger of my life for lunch just then. It was also the only tempeh burger, but it was so delicious. I had fresh turkish bread, avocado, tomato, baby spinach, spanish onion and sweet chilli dorse. It was scrumptious.
Except it did delay my study a little. At 3pm I decided I would have tempeh burgers for lunch. But to get them out of the freezer which was frozen well shut, I had to defrost the freezer. Then I had to have a shower and get dressed because I didn't want to go get bread in my pyjamas. Then I went to get bread. I came back and cooked lunch. And here I am two and half hours later, ready to head off to dosa club. I might be able to squeeze in a little reading.
