Daniel Ortega won the Nicaraguan election it seems. That's so exciting. Even when Ortega was a hard-core he was a champ. Now he's softened up some he should be great.
In other news, the US has vowed to withdraw all aid to Nicaragua if Ortega wins. It has also accused Venezuela of attempting to bias the outcome of the election.

The US is being nicer to them now. I think they were trying to scare people into not voting for them, but now they’ve decided it’s better not to piss the Marxists off.
