Frigging bum Tony Abbott "wants to give parents greater access to the health records of their children." Parents would be able to get access to their children's records until they're 16. It's bad enough that they can get their records until they're 14. Kids with STDs or who're pregnant just won't go to the doctor. If they don't want their parents to know badly enough that they go straight to their doctor, then they probably just won't go at all. He's just bad. Very bad. Encourage kids to talk to their parents. That's great. Communication is tops. But this is bad. Stupid bum.
