I pity those poor people who are in NSW without a number fitting 2xxx patern. I can imagine having all kinds of dificulty interfacing with computer based systems. Online shopping could become a nightmare.
I wonder about that. There must be a way they cope. It’s not like Australia Post will send things to the wrong state, because they came up with the thing. There are probably lots of systems which force people in NSW to enter in a proper postcode. I know the ones I write do. Well, when I’m not being lazy.
is there a postcode that includes the most suburbs? like 2077 being hornsby, waitara, asquith, hornsby heights?

There are about 10 postcodes with over 50 place names in them. But they’re all out in the country.
