At work now we have the l33t setup with baz and cfengine. baz is a version control system, which I've never quite understood, but is pretty snazzy. cfengine is a sort of markup/scripting language you can use to manage servers from a central location. Matt has it all set up good so we can just update our version controlled directory, make some changes, post it back, run some scripts and update any server you fancy. Easy as scones and pie and cake and bread.
