So August is over and with it goes poverty month. I finished poverty month with $5 spare saved up and I managed to stay on budget the whole month. The only slight mistake may have been signing up for an iPhone on Friday. Although I didn't have to spend any money during August I suspect that signing a contract for a $1800 worth of phone and phoning over two years kind of violates the meaning of poverty month. And also I bought a second-hand laptop. But that's all.

However, it's over. So I'm going to buy myself a coffee on the way to work.

And spring is very welcome. I love spring. Although the bloody miner babies were eating the worms in the compost. I chased them away.
